Straight share
The investor owns a share of the project and takes the same share of the net profit.

Preferred return
A guaranteed annual return, and the profit above the guarantee is split with the developer.

Fixed-rate loan
The investor lends capital at a fixed rate, repaid at sale and independent of the project result.

Do my investors see the BQ Deck name?
No. Investors see your logo, your colours and your address. BQ Deck is only visible in a discreet line in the footer, if you want it there.
Can we keep our existing website?
Yes. Link to the portal from your site, or have the portal implemented on your own website.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your projects and investors are stored in your own installation, and you can export them at any time.
Does BQ Deck handle investor money?
No. BQ Deck is software. Payments go between you and your investors as today, and the portal records them.
Which languages are supported?
English and Swedish. Each user chooses a language, and PDFs follow the choice.
Can we use our own agreement template?
Yes. Your lawyer's template is loaded into the portal, and every change is saved as a new version.
